Maria is experienced in drafting premarital, separation, and property settlement agreements involving complex issues and assets. Her primary goal is to avoid unnecessary litigation and achieve a fair negotiated settlement. However, she will aggressively litigate all family law matters on behalf of her clients when necessary.

Maria also serves clients seeking to resolve family law issues through mediation rather than through an adversarial litigation process.
